Meaning, Babondo North America Incorporated is a public charity. Donors can deduct contributions they make to Babondo North America under IRC Section 170. In addition, Babondo North America is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
